Jim and his associate were wonderful. This is our first home purchase and they made it very simple and clear on any repairs needed. I was always told most inspectors just walk through, but Jim and his associate took over 2hrs and when we got to see pictures and given recommendations on how to fix minor things ourselves. I will highly recommend them.
