Q: When do I receive my report?
A: You will go through your DIGITAL REPORT on-site with your inspector at the conclusion of the inspection before the final walkthrough. The DIGITAL REPORT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO YOU ONLINE the same day.
Q: How long will the inspection take?
A: Most Inspections take about 5 to 6 man hours. We work as a 2 person team and therefore take 3 to 4 hours. These times may vary depending on the size, age & condition of the home.
Q:Should I be present during the inspection?
A: We recommend that you be present at the site of the inspection, from start to finish. If you can only be there for a short time period, the end of the inspection time frame is the preferred time so all issues can be talked about with your inspector.
